Cant find WiFi Adapter (raspberry pi b)

Reinstalled some times. Tryed like everything someone suggested...
Yea cant find Wlan, and cant host.

Unfortunately, appears this WiFi adapter is not compatible/supported by available Raspbian/Debian firmware.
