I've sold the C4 I had, I'll replace it and try this image soon.

Thanks for all the hard work.

Many thanks for feedback, great that we finally have a working image. I'll create an official download tab for the C4.

I saw this morning after logging in that a DietPi update is pending. Should I do this (as I'm running on this "test" image)?

Hi,

what update is offered to you? Is it 6.31.2 or something else ? If it's 6.31.2, it should be ok to update as it's already available since beginning of July.

In any case, I would recommend to perform a dietpi-backup before.

Or you wait for the current beta v6.32 to be released, which is hopefully done before end of August: https://github.com/MichaIng/DietPi/issues/3743

It says to update to 6.32.2... Was just in doubt as this was a "test" build if this would be compatible with the normal update process

DietPi v6.32.2 has been released a couple of days back. And it's the same update for all images.

Does that mean, that the image for the C4 is now stable? I just got my board today and would like to start a homeautomation project with it and - of course - DietPi as OS.

BTW: THANK YOU for the great work! I was just told about your project a month ago by a colleague and wa so thrilled, that I already ported some other projects (Raspberry based) to DietPi.

Hi,

yes should be stable in meantime https://dietpi.com/downloads/images/Die ... -Buster.7z

Btw: DietPi is not an own Operating System or Distribution. DietPi is a bundle of scripts on top of a standard Debian installation. Depending on your SBC, DietPi is using different base images. Mainly used images are Armbian, Meveric or for PRi boards Raspberri OS.
