Can't find dietpi-update.log

Post by odonnell »

I think that there should be a log of the dietpi-update messages, which scroll by too fast for me to read. I see some indication in the script that there is a dietpi-update.log, but I cannot find it in /var/log, nor with "sudo find / -name \*dietpi-update.log\* -print".

Is there somewhere else to look or a configuration that I need to enable the log? I looked through dietpi-config and could not find any configuration relevant to logging.

I am running DietPi on an Allo USBridge Signature, starting with the system shipped by Allo, and updated with dietpi-update 2 or 3 times.
