No download for older Dietpi Versions available!

There is software out there that mainly relies on dietpi as underlying core.
But since there where changes between Bullseye and Bookworm regarding system setup like network configurations such software is not more compatible and will not work properly with newer versions like Bookworm.

So systems that has to be newly installed eg. for hardware reasons are not more able to be newly installed as dietpi Bullseye is not more available for download (see: Index of /downloads/images ) especially for native PC , Rpi234 …

Would it be possible to get them back as download ? Or at least a hint where we can get them ?

can you name that software?

there should be not that much differences. We still use ifupdown

Not sure if it’s a good idea to use software based on an outdated Debian version. Debian Bookworm was released almost 2 years ago. And in the meantime developer should have had the time to adapt its software accordingly. The whole thing will be even older once Debian Trixie is released this summer.
