Re: Replace all ftp clients with pure-ftpd

I'm thinking of removing all FTP clients together. FTP is simply not secure/unencrypted, hence only thinkable in secured home networks. And there NFS/Samba are definitely the better solution. For all file transfer throughout www, VPNs and/or SFTP/SCP is the only reasonable solution IMO. There is eve...

Re: Current Versions of Packages?

We will not support mixing multiple Debian versions, since this breaks the system in very most cases. E.g. package X from Debian testing repo requires library Y from testing repo. Re: Hass.IO available

Re: Dietpi-backup

I agree, we merged this once to make it simpler, as well since in many cases system and software on /mnt/dietpi_userdata belong together (version/libs etc). However if there is much data stored, it can be annoying.

Currently you can exclude the data dir manually via dietpi-backup GUI.

Hmm, btw I think you misinterpreted the logs: Feb 5 14:17:43 garden systemd[1]: systemd-fsckd.service: Succeeded. I'll probably compile one binary for RPi for initial testing, e.g. if it solves the mentioned USB DAC issue.
