Was the software title installed freshly or updated/migrated?
No, it´s installed since 2023, the problems occured first 3 days ago without installing something, updates were installed to troubleshoot, but without success
Can this issue be replicated on a fresh installation of DietPi?
I tried a new SD-card and restored the backup there, the problem occures there to, so it should be related to a software-bug

Bug report ID | 41e44afc-2c6c-43a6-9f79-e885fb5c8bbb
Steps to reproduce
Pi starts and freezes after around 10sec, only interrupt with dietpi-backup and restore to last backup keeps it from freezing.
after restorng everything is working as expected for around 24h, than it freeze, too
Expected behaviour
Pi start and stay available all time
Actual behaviour
this is happening at every reboot - only restoring last backup saves from freezing.
doing a new backup and restoring backup´s work without problem
I can try, but then I have ti restore it back to get access to logs and I’m sure they will be overwritten while restore… so I can only try troubleshooting without reboots
@Joulinar
exactly, within 10sec or maybe even 15sec I have ti login and start the restore, otherwise it freezes and stops all services, like nginx, Home-Assistent and so on
When its stuck, I have to manually reboot by switching power supply or unplugging it… the only thing to hold the pi corrospending is to restore, then it remains online for about 24hours and also gets stuck…
Is there Something like a repair for dietpi/debian to restore health… likewise it is possible in windows?
Another option would be save all services and there files and start fresh… but where are all the files and directories for nextcloud, Home-Assistent, and so on?
