Will Raspberry Pi Zero 2W with 512MB RAM handle pi-hole+unbound as it described in dietpi blog? Or I should consider some alternatives with lower RAM consumption (blocky).

A Zero 2 W works perfectly fine with PiHole + Unbound. There are no limitations.
