Nextcloud, lighttpd and https

Unfortunately, my Nextcloud installation on an RPi 3 has failed, so I have been forced to reinstall it.

The installation of the system went smoothly as always, including the installation of Nextcloud and Letsencrypt.

Now, however, I am once again faced with the task of enabling https access.

My previous search here has unfortunately not yet been successful in forcing Nextcloud to use https with lighttpd.

I think lighttpd was the right choice for the Pi 3, but I no longer know how and where to set the appropriate entries.

I would be very grateful for any help with this problem.

How did you setup Letsencrypt? Did you used our tools? If yes, they should enable https automatically.

Should the problem be that I set up Letsencrypt before installing nextcloud?

Usually not but it was not needed to do this manually. Simply use following tool Software Installation - DietPi.com Docs

Sorry, I’m ashamed…
I ran the process of letsencrypt again via dietpi-launcher and now of course it works. Sorry again…
