Hi! i needed a monitoring solution for DietPi and decided to use Prometheus with Grafana. On the grafana setup page here it says it requires InfluxDB But i wonder if it requires influx when using prometheus
It’s only required when you want to store the data.
I used it completly without InfluxDB, just to visualize data from one of my RPi’s.
I installed Prometheus node explorer and Grafana with dietpi-software and then I downloaded a precompield binary from the prometheus homepage:
