Hello all,
I have DietPi on a Raspberry Pi 4 that is installed on a case where I have a M.2 sata ssd.
I want to format the whole drive and perform a fresh installation.
I know I have done this before as the M.2 sata drive is partitioned as sda1 for /boot and sda2 for /.
I flashed a new image onto a sd card and it boots fine, but I can’t seem to find the options to do that kind of tasks on DietPi-Drive_Manager.
Can someone point me to some documentation on that?
Cheers,
Jappe

You need to flash the image onto the SSD, not the sd card.
Do you use an HAT or an SATA to USB adapter?

you can copy the whole SD card to your SSD or flash a new image file to your SSD while booted from SD card. Moving a running DietPi system to a USB stick/disk or an onboard eMMC – DietPi Blog
