FreshRSS login issue: Access to database is denied

Hello hello,

I am able login to FreshRSS but when I do, I get this error message:

# HTTP 500: Application problem
## Access to database is denied for `freshrss`: SQLSTATE[HY000] [2002] Connection refused

I was able to login and access FreshRSS before and I have not made any changes.
Any idea how to fix this?

was this a fresh installation? Or running for a while already? At least on my demo system, a new install is working as expected.
