Clone a 256GB M2 disk to another 1TB M2 disk

Hello everyone.
I have a Raspberry Pi 5 with DietPi installed on a 256GB M2 drive, and I’m planning to swap it to a 1TB M2 drive. Is there any way to clone the drive, detect that it’s larger, and boot it? I have a USB reader for M2 drives, but I don’t know what command to use. Thank you very much.

I am pretty sure you can just follow this blog https://dietpi.com/blog/?p=1236
I have done it several times and it has always worked.

Great, thank you very much. The M2 drive is arriving tomorrow, and I’ll try following the tutorial and comment here with the results. Thanks again.

I just followed the process described in the link you posted, and it works perfectly. Thank you so much!
