Changing SSD from 2TB to 4TB, how keep data?

Hi, I have a dietpi setup in one lenovo thincentre with a 2TB ssd. I want to change the SSD to 4TB. I know I can use a third party program to clone the 2tb to the 4tb ssd, but I’m not sure how to make sure that my current dietpi will recognize and use the full 4tb ssd.

Anyone can provide some guidance? Kind new in these and not a good linux user,
