The USBridge Sig is an RPi CM3 base board, hence not RPi 3B +, or am I missing something?

However, please try to select onboard HDMI ecplicitely in dietpi-config audio options. If it does npt work, please show the output of:

aplay -l
cat /etc/asound.conf
journalctl -u squeezelite

The hdmi audio is working fine now. can we increase the strength of output coming from Dietpi. Currently the output of audio seems bet low.Normal when i use Moode or Volumio, i got good strenth within -48db in my av receiver, but when using Ditepi with LMS i need to keep the volume on -30 db to get same strenght. Could you please help

Check alsamixer for a volume control. But IIRC it is hardcoded in one case, when using the VC4 KMS driver or when not using it.

my alsa settings currently.
can it be improved

Can you show this instead:

amixer scontents
root@DietPi:~# amixer scontents
Simple mixer control 'PCM',0
  Capabilities: pvolume
Playback channels: Front Left - Front Right
  Limits: Playback 0 - 255
  Mono:
  Front Left: Playback 255 [100%] [0.00dB]
  Front Right: Playback 255 [100%] [0.00dB]

Mean while can you also suggest a good bit perfect audio player which i can test other than LMS Squeezlite in Dietpi. Thanks in advance

Okay that looks good, 100% both channels . Does volume react when you reduce those two bars in alsamixer? If so, then it’s max.

That really much depends on personal needs and taste. MPD is a very light and flexible audio player backend which we have a bunch of web frontends for (and more exist). Or Navidrome, as a Subsonic-compatible streamer/player.
