I have setup xrdp on my raspberry pi v3.
I’m able to connect trough RDP and i fill in the credentials which i use to login in dietpi.
But it keep returning that the login fails.
Do i have to setup an account or something for xrdp?
Or do u maybe have some advice?

Did you tried to login with user root?

journalctl -u xrdp-sesman
journalctl -u xrdp
Unfortunetly that didn’t work an complete reinstall of the xrdp software did the trick. I am unable to tell what cause the error. Thank your the help.
this was not to fix anything. Intention was to share logs.
