Desktop starting

AT-SPI: Error retrieving accessibility bus address: org.freedesktop.DBus.Error.Service.Unknown: The name .org.a11y.Bus was not provided by any .service files.

Extra details
Installed at-spi2-core, did not fix the issue.
Installed AMD Driver and created the X Configuration (automatically)
Installed VNC server alongside with Xfce
Device is connected to my TV via DisplayPort → HDMI Cable
The futro S920 has a Display Port and a DVI interface. Which one do you use?
Maybe the startx command try to open to the one port without a monitor connected (I am not familiar with X11)?
I have now reinstalled DietPi completely, so I am on a fresh installation now.
What would be the correct way to get a working desktop and being able to control the session I see on my TV from another device? Xfce from dietpi-software did not work as per my initial post.

Tried with LXQt desktop. Same thing. startx → Blank Screen → No Signal.
Just tested Kodi, works without any issues. I just type kodi into the terminal and it starts up in full screen on my TV. So why are all the desktops broken
