I took a backup of the sonarr (v3) folder in userdata right before the upgrade. Should I copy over its contents to the newly-updated folder, or just some of the content? Or stop sonarr, delete some of the log files, and let sonarr rebuild on restart? Thanks again!

dietpi-software reinstall 144 should have done the migration automatically.
Ugh. OK. I didn’t see that line included in your script above (but do see it mentioned in subsequent comments). I currently have the sonarr service stopped. Do you have any advice on what I might try next? Should I just try dietpi-software reinstall 144 ?

Just run this command, it should do all steps needed to migrate your config/database.
