Transmission only 13 max overall peers

Hello,

Transmission is restricted to a maximum of 13 peers overall. And crazily a maximum of 60 peers per torrent. Surely that should be the other way about.

I’ve tried to increase the overall (peer-limit-global) number in the settings.json but it won’t stick.

Any ideas how I can increase the overall peers?

did you stopped transmission before doing the change? If not, do so. Otherwise transmission will overwrite config file.
