That’s right, it always worked via SSH. Only in the dashboard is nothing displayed. I ran the patch and restarted. The dashboard updates but the list remains empty.
Did you tried to clear browser cache? We got confirmation from other users about the patch working. 
Based on the output, the patch was not actually applied, only the patch tool installed. Please run the second command again.
