The "1 APT updates available" notification remains present after apt upgrade, the rpi-eeprom package is systematically preserved

Recent installation on a brand new RPI4B.

Required Information

bookworm 0
Linux RPI4B 6.1.21-v8+ #1642 SMP PREEMPT Mon Apr 3 17:24:16 BST 2023 aarch64 GNU/Linux
RPi 4 Model B (aarch64)
5.1vdc 3A (multicomp RPI-18PFCA-05)
SanDisk ultra 32Gb

Additional Information (if applicable)

Same result for apt full-upgrade
Installed packages: Samba server (96), Samba client (1), Emby (41), OpenSSH (0) instead of DropBear
No video output, use in console mode only.
Only package installed outside dietpi-software: wakeonlan

Steps to reproduce

Fresh install (image downloaded on november 21)
Reboot several times

 DietPi v8.24.1 : 1 APT updates available
 - Device model : RPi 4 Model B (aarch64)
 - CPU temp : 33 Β°C / 91 Β°F : Cool runnings
 - LAN IP : (eth0)
 - MOTD : DietPi v8.24 has been released. Check out all changes:

Yes this is as expected as we put it on hold. Will be switched back on next release. Explanation you can find in one of the other post related to the topic. Should be easy to find via forum search.

I had seen the topics β€œApt update/ apt upgrade/ apt dist-upgrade problem” and β€œRpi-eeprom update fails” but it seemed to me that the initial problem was slightly different because in my case, I did not have not seen any error while running Rpi-eeprom update. The package is just not deleted.

This is why I preferred to create a new topic. Sorry if that was a mistake.
