Can this version work for the ODROID-W hardware also ?
Unfortunately , ODROID hardware manufacturers have discontinued support for this popular hardware.

Interesting question. Unfortunately i do not own a Odroid-W so I will be unable to test my end.
I may be wrong, but I believe I read somewhere that the Odroid-w will run the Raspbian images. If this is the case, you should be able to use the Raspberry Pi image of DietPi.
DietPi should detect it as a RPi device.
Its worth a shot, give it a go and let me know
