I have RPi 3 B
Using as desktop PC (keyboard, mouse, monitor)
Raspbian works fine
Trying Diet Pi
Want to be able to listen to radio-streams, mp3/wav etc., Sonic Pi
Using the suggested softwares I can get no sound
Installed mplayer and can play mp3
I will start over …
What is suggested setup ?
Strangely (or not?) YouTube works fine …???
Sonic Pi also works too !
I wish someone would help me out here.

I wanna try and be helpful here 
With which program and/or command are you trying to get a sound? Cause you said “using suggested softwares”.
Is there any Error message displaying or showing on screen / in the terminal?
