The RPI2 makes a great media server and it would be an awesome addition to the selection of software. In addition it pairs very well with automation scripts to organize and remux files so they can be streamed directly off the device and to pretty much any other device. github.com/mdhiggins/sickbeard_mp4_automator It would be awesome to have dietpi be incredibly easy to setup as a media streamer.
I was able to easily set up a Plex server by starting with a Dietpi installation and then following the guide here.
