Server for Youtube Playlist to stream (Music) into the home network?

I am looking for a server that can connect to my YouTube playlist and stream the music to any device, especially to an Amazon Echo. Is something like that available?

OK thank you. Kinda disappointing, isnt it? With another device and bluetooth is no option for me.
Thought Plex Media Center at an raspberry can connect to Youtube and that there might a skill to play the music at my echo.
