SD stopped booting, looks OK when mounted

I’m using an Orange Pi 5.

The 64 GB SD card I was using stopped booting. I booted a fresh install on a 16 GB SD card, and managed to mount the rebelious 64GB SD card just fine. I can see or copy any file. But the 64 GB SD card keeps refusing to boot.

What can I try to revive it? If it still doesn’t boot, is there a way I can copy the system onto a different SD card? Would copying over the files from the old SD onto a new one work? I can’t use dietpi-backup, since I can’t boot the older system.

Boot from the 16GB card, mount the 64GB card and run filesystem checks with dietpi-drive_manager.
