Creating a bug report/issue

- DietPi version | it happens on both bookworm and bullseye fresh installs
- Distro version | bookworm or bullseye fresh install
- Architecture |
rockchip 3328 - SBC model | pine64 rock64
- Power supply used | (5v 3a)
- SD card used | (sandisk ultra)
Additional Information (if applicable)
- Software title | (EG: Nextcloud)
- Was the software title installed freshly or updated/migrated y ?
- Can this issue be replicated on a fresh installation of DietPi y ?

Steps to reproduce
- start up dietpi
2.open dietpi-conf - try to change video settings, says cannot change resolution on rock 64.
Expected behaviour
- I would like to enable sdtv ntsc 240p for scanlines on retropie, cant get any form of output to my crt
Actual behaviour
- it wont let me change any display settings
Extra details
- I tried only plugging in my 3.5 rca adapter, no image on my crt. It outputs fine on my hdtv, and the board can output through the adapter, it works on a different software.
