Rhost setting(s)?

Hello,

Just wanted to confirm, by default since this setting is commented out - rhosts are not used?

/etc/ssh/sshd_config

#IgnoreRhosts yes

Would it be more prudent to just uncomment this setting to ensure they are not used?

IgnoreRhosts yes

Or would that mess something else up?
