Additional Information (if applicable)
- Can this issue be replicated on a fresh installation of DietPi?
- Probably yes
Steps to reproduce
- connect the external drive in the enclosure doesn’t matter if nvme or HDD
- …
Expected behaviour
- Drive should be visible in the system and shouldn’t cause any error
Actual behaviour
- the disk is not seen in the system, every now and then an error pops up that some unexpected voltage is present
error unexpected power on pd6
sd 1:0:0:0: [sdb] asking for cache data failed
- , dietpi-drive_manager stops and loads endlessly
Extra details
- I don’t know yet if it’s only within this system but I’ll check it soon, I had both disks connected to Orange Pi 3b before and they worked, so the problem will be with either the computer or the system for Radx Rock 5b,
- another thing i noticed is that when this disk is connected the system probably won’t start (i don’t have the patience to wait more than 20 min) and when this disk is disconnected the system starts in a few seconds
