Pulseaudio failure

After playing with lusleaudio-dlna + mkchromecast + bluetooth i came to the condition when pulseaudio stop working completely. I mean i can’t get it to work with any kind of instructions i found on the net. The main issue is permission and access to the service.
Most of the time i get errors like:
[pulseaudio] core-util.c: XDG_RUNTIME_DIR (/run/user/0) is not owned by us (uid 1000), but by uid 0! (This could e.g. happen if you try to connect to a non-root PulseAudio as a root user, over the native protocol. Don’t do that.)

Is there any help or atleast advice where to look for steps to resolve the issue.
Thank you vm for understandings.

After all and managing to reinstall and install again with reading tutorials and opinions i finally get to work Pulseaudio and Mkchromecast in the system,… BUT…, now the both of my chromecast (Nest Hub and Mini) stop working in respect of audio output. Simply, connetced, audion goes to in pavucontrol i see that audio is sliding on the indicator but no sound on the chromecast (both). Also when i switch off the Dietpi in the network the chromecast is working as it should while when dietpi up no sound either from dietpi nor spotify doe example, what is obviously results of the mess with the system i’ve done. I will highly appreciate of somebody could help me to troubleshoot the issue and which program been result of the issue with chromecast. Reinstall the all my selfhosting apps from scratch is solution but not really worst the chromecast to get in order. Also backup i have latest made a long time ago.

Solved, finally after week of reading tutorials i came into the conclusion that chromecast was not working due to failure of my router, and after switching on IGMP on the router the rest was fixed in few steps.
