ProtonVPN API deprecated

Hello,

since ProtonVPN didn’t work for me i found out the API seems to be deprecated for a while now:

So i guess it could be removed from the launcher menu, for less confusion in the future.

Maybe you find time to test whether you can use it while logged in, or using an authentication token. But otherwise we need to remove it.
