Possible to enable Kernel Same Page Merging on NanoPi NEO?

Hi,
I’m trying to rein in netdata and wanted to find out if it’s possible to enable Kernel Same Page Merging (KSM) in v146 on a NanoPi NEO?

If it is possible, how do I enable it?
