Pihole UI screens not working/blocked

When I browse to my SBC’s ip address http://172.16.0.65, I’m getting the message Blocked by Pi-hole.. When I try 172.16.0.65/pihole I’m getting a 404. Any suggestions?

I should note that I am NOT using a static ip address, but am using my router to assign the same ip address based upon my SBC’s (odroid C1+) MAC address.

Did you update PiHole recently, or, was this a fresh install?

Do the following URLs work?
http://172.16.0.65/html/admin
http://172.16.0.65/admin

And lets check status of PiHole:

pihole status
