Pi 4 wont SSH

So im trying to just install the base image onto the pi 4 2 gb version. I had no problems installing dietpi on a pi zero W, but it wont ssh on pi 4. Ive set up the wifi settings following the instructions, but i cant get it to work.

Hi,

most probably your system is not correctly connected to WiFi. Therefore you have issues connection via SSH.

  • Do you see your system connected on your local network?
  • Are you able to ping your system?
  • Do you have a screen that can be connected to check what’s going on?

Just checked router page and saw that it wasn’t the static ip that was on the dietpi.txt (192.168.0.100). Found my dumb moment. Thanks for the help!
