Why do you believe it’s Friendly-WRT image?? Opening the image you linked is showing DietPi configuration files and scripts.

I burn it on SD card and boot it up, it show up Friendly-WRT login screen.

And you are sure your system has been booted of the SD card and not from a different device like NVMe or eMMC?

Exactly. If a mainline U-Boot image (like DietPi) is on the SD card, the firmware bootloader prioritises the pre-flashed FriendlyELEC image from the eMMC.

You can use the MASK key (which disables the eMMC while pressed) to boot from SD card, and then erase the content of the eMMC, or flash a DietPi image there, or flash the mainline U-Boot.
