More Docker images on the system

Just as portainer is a docker image, it may also be convenient to create curated additional images that work correctly on docker according to certain settings and which can later be modified with explanations in the docs and further modified via portainer or docker directly as needed.

I found some nice tools but they can only run on docker like https://immich.app, i am testing it out now.

  • DockSTARTer does not configure apps for you (think of it more like installing apps as a service, settings inside the app are still up to you, although our documentation will have recommendations).
  • DockSTARTer does not configure storage for you (you may use local storage, or cloud storage, multiple disks, raid, etc).
