Let's Encrypt behind dual stack lite

I recently switched to dual-stack Lite DSL.

It seems that this is preventing Lets Encrypt from updating my certificate.

Is there a way to use a different port (since 80 is blocked by my internet service provider),

or an other solution via ipv6 maybe?

I switched to Nginx Proxy Manager in Docker with DNS-01 Challenge and ds-lite compatible dyndns provider in case anyone else has the same problem. I don’t see any other solution.
