Lenovo Laptop (UEFI) can’t use WiFi

I flashed DietPi on my Lenovo 64-bit UEFI laptop and have no issues accessing the internet over an ethernet cable.

However, whenever I try to enable WiFi and scan for available networks, I get an error along the lines of “No SSIDs detectable in your region”

Any ideas on how to resolve that?

Did you set the correct country code on the Wi-Fi settings?
