I’ve just discovered the kavita application for ebook reader, but I can’t find the port to use.
There’s nothing in the wiki.
Can someone help me and give me the port to use after the IP adress ?

If you installed via dietpi-software, kavita should be listening on port 2036.
Yes Kavita docs needs to be created still. 
ss -tunlp | grep kavita should help you in the future for such issues.
