  • SD card used | Sandisk

Additional Information (if applicable)

  • Software title | Jellyfin
  • Was the software title installed freshly or updated/migrated? Recently updated
  • Can this issue be replicated on a fresh installation of DietPi? Should not happen
  • Bug report ID | echo $G_HW_UUID

Steps to reproduce

  1. Update Jellyfin from 10.11.11 to 12 via apt
  2. Open Jellyfin in the webbrowser

Expected behaviour

  • Migration should run through

Actual behaviour

  • Migration get stuck on “Perform migration 20260113203012_ChangeOwnerIdToGuid” with no CPU activity (so, no work done)

Extra details

  • I’m not sure if it’s a Dietpi problem or a Jellyfin problem, but seeing how I can’t find someone else with the problem, I’m trying to cast a wide net.

might be an issue of Jellyfin as we don’t manage or maintain the package. It’s installed from Jellyfin own Debian package repository. I found similar reports on Jellyfin GitHub.
