Install new unbound version

Hi!

A new unbound version has been released, namely 1.10.1, covering a few CVEs.

I am wondering if Is there a way to install it on DietPi and not have to wait for the next major release from Raspbian? I don’t know how to compile it myself. Default version included in the apt packages is the older version 1.9.0.

Hi,

DietPi is going to install unbound from apt package. Therefore you would need to wait or try to build it yourself (uninstall current version before compiling).
