as we install most current release of Jackett from github, it should be possible to just rerun the installation: https://github.com/Fourdee/DietPi/blob/testing/dietpi/dietpi-software#L6325
But please do some dietpi-backup and/or backup or Jackett configuration files/data, just in case. Then do:
dietpi-software reinstall 147
