Home Assistant issues with lights since upgrading to Bullseye

I recently upgraded to Bullseye at first I noticed that the home assistant service was failing to start, I saw a couple of posts on here and reinstalled home assistant, that seemed to work but I’ve just noticed none of my light automations are working anymore.

If I go to the dashboard and try to trigger a scene I get a message

Failed to call service scene/turn_on. Unable to find service light.turn_on

If I go to the logs I can see a bit more info:

Logger: homeassistant.components.automation.new_automation
Source: helpers/script.py:1365
Integration: Automation (documentation, issues)
First occurred: 20:52:48 (2 occurrences)
Last logged: 20:52:57

Make Living Room Light Red When Plex Plays: Error executing script. Service not found for scene at pos 1: Unable to find service light.turn_on

If I try to create a new scene for one of my bulbs I can see a message when I pick the device

This entity is currently unavailable and is an orphan to a removed, changed or dysfunctional integration or device.
If the entity is no longer in use, you can clean it up by removing it.

The bulbs are still working fine through Alexa or the smart life app.

Has anyone else had any issues like this? or can anyone suggest what I can try?

probably raise your question as well with HA community https://community.home-assistant.io/. Maybe there is someone who could assist with this.

those errors seem normal. how is your mesh? are you using zwave? this error looks similar https://community.home-assistant.io/t/problem-with-scenes-failed-to-call-service-scene-turn-off/344854
