Can HandBrake be installed on DietPi runing on Odroid XU4? I want to transcode videos being recorded by Plex DVR.
The installation will be no problem.
But i don’t know if your Odroid XU4 will handle the work of transcoding.
I didn’t had much fun with transcoding video files “on the fly” with Plex and my BananaPi M1. But my board is some days older, i think 
XU4 running Emby transcodes video up to 720 without problem but it can get a bit hot.
