like to build something like Google Photo,
store all my photos on the Raspi - nextcloud
sync my photos with android - nextcloud
that is not a problem but there is no foto addon where i can rudimentary edit in a webinterface like google
tried lxde and gimp but there is no webaccess imo
any idea?

Have you considered the traditional alternatives like PhotoPrism, Lychee and Piwigo?
