Hello. Can admins of this discourse forum enable Mailing List Mode ? I am in lots of other programming communities that use discourse forum software, and keeping up with all of them is much easier via my notmuch email client. On these forums there’s an option that I can select in preferences/emails of my account settings, but in dietpi forum, that option is not visible.
Enabling Mailing List Mode allows me to read this forum inside emacs notmuch, and send replies to the threads from inside emacs notmuch.

I see the setting in our admin panel. Since we run our own mail server since a while, and answering topics via email is possible as well, I see no reason why this should not work.

With mailing list mode enabled, users get an email for every topic and comment made on the forum, and can answer via email, just as if they were subscribed to every topic, but without the forum link and GUI fuzz. Shouldn’t be an issue server-side, I’ll enable it and we see whether it works as expected.

What is the difference between those two settings? 
Ah maybe the checkbox enables the mailing list mode for all (new) users by default, while the second is the default mode if they manually enable it.
We already had the mail reply feature enabled, isn’t it?
Yes, that was already working, hence it should work with the mailing list mode as well.
