Downgrading jellyfin to 10.6.x

Hello DietPi community,

I’m running the latest version of DietPi on my RPi3 3B with jellyfin and a samba server.
Since the 10.7.0 jellyfin update, the ram usage has increased significantly rendering the server completely unusable.

I figured it could be a configuration problem, so I did a fresh install - and in the process deleting my DietPi backup - but the problem persists.

How do I install the jellyfin version prior to 10.7.0?

Maybe developer are able to help on your issue and provide a way forward.
