Dietpicam - with IP webcam?

Hello

I’ve used “motion” with an external webcam via:
netcam_url http://192.168.3.115:8086/videostream.cgi?user=admin&pwd=&resolution=64

Can dietpiwebcam be used with this (rather than the mmal camera)?

DietPi-Cam (RPi web cam) only supports official RPi camera. Motion eye for others:
