looks like a problem outside DietPi as the file containerd.io_2.2.1-1 is missing on official Docker repository server Index of linux/debian/dists/bookworm/pool/stable/amd64/

Probably a brand new version of Docker that has not yet synced to all of their servers. You might need to wait for Docker to upload/sync these files. Or to fix their repository.
