That’s what I was wondering too. My wifi router had been my LAN gateway device. After reorganizing my network, the proxmox is now the gateway and the wifi router is just an access point. This problem hasn’t come up since doing this, but it’s hard to know what exactly was the fix since I made a lot of changes at the same time.
