dietpi-update asks the same question already answered during initial installation

Hi,
I completed upgrade to latest DietPi version with diet-update w/o issues.

However the upgrade assistant is asking questions that have already been answered during initial installation, e.g.

  • preferred ssh (dropbear or openssh)
    modifying password “general dietpi”
    modifying password of user dietpi
    modifying password of user root

This is misleading because I don’t know if the assistant will uninstall the existing ssh if I don’t select the same again. And I don’t know if the installer will overwrite all existing passwords.

My proposal is that the assistant won’t modify any installed software package and any user passwords.

The issue should be resolved with v6.21.

If you did already get stuck with the update, please do the following:
Cancel any dietpi-software prompt, if it opens automatically on login, then:

> /DietPi/dietpi/.update_stage
echo 1 /DietPi/dietpi/.install_stage
dietpi-update 1
